A rolled banknote, a bottle of white powder, a packet of cigarette paper roll-up and a group of what appears to be the cannabis sitting on the table beside her.
The snap was taken by a witness with star party in November.
A source said: "It was a pretty bad situation quality."
According to the Sun, Dad country star Billy Ray and Miley's godmother Dolly Parton are becoming increasingly concerned about their behavior and wants her to get help.
Miley, who famously caused a suspicious looking cigarette on stage at the MTV EMAs in 2013, has been open about his drug use in the past.
"I think weed is the best drug on earth," he said in an interview shortly before the awards ceremony.
"Once I smoked a joint with peyote in it and saw a wolf howling at the moon."

Molly is the American term for MDMA - the purest form of ecstasy.
